An undercover IDF force arrested Rafat Naim Abu Akar, the head of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) in the Dheisheh refugee camp in the Etzion region, Ynet reported on Thursday.
Rafat Naim is the twin brother of Nidal Abu Akar, who was similarly detained in the Bethlehem-area refugee camp about six months ago.
