Two people involved in coordinating transport from Haifa and Beersheba to a rally at Tel Aviv's Rabin square, commemorating two people killed in last Saturday's shooting attack at a gay youth center, received telephone threats on Saturday afternoon.
In both cases, unidentified persons threatened that they would come to both the pick-up locations and the rally itself, armed with grenades and with the intention of hurting participants.
Following the threats, police decided to send patrol units to the pick-up points.
