WASHINGTON - US President Barack Obama will make a statement on Iran at 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time (1815 GMT) on Thursday, the White House said. Obama's scheduled statement at the White House Rose Garden comes as negotiators announced a framework agreement at talks on Iran's nuclear program in Switzerland.
