Israeli panel heads to Milken parley

Senior representatives of the Israeli economy headed by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor will present the highlights of the country's economy at the Milken Institute Global Conference in California at the end of the month in an effort to encourage investment into Israel.

Senior representatives of the Israeli economy headed by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor will present the highlights of the country's economy at the Milken Institute Global Conference in California at the end of the month in an effort to encourage investment into Israel. Dr. Yossi Bachar, outgoing director of the Israel Tax Authority, and Orna Berry, chairperson of the Israel Venture Association and Venture Partner at Gemini Israel Funds, will host the panel "Israel: Confessions of an Economic Growth Engine," at the conference on April 25 in Los Angeles. The three-day conference gathers 3,000 decision-makers of the world's leading investment houses, financial institutions and fund management houses from 50 countries. Participants include the media mogul Rupert Murdoch and Steve Forbes.
