Tel Aviv-based Direct Capital Investments said that a subsidiary would sell three buildings in Darmstadt, Germany occupied by Deutsche Telekom for the equivalent of NIS 181 million. The price will give the company NIS 25m. in capital profit over the NIS 156m. purchase price paid nine months ago. Direct Capital owns 64 percent of the subsidiary - Cyprus-based Ballotta - and its portion of the profits will double its independent capital, the company said.
