Rav Bariach Group has been selected to supply entrance doors for 453 residential units in the prestigious Kikar Hamedina project in Tel Aviv, developed by Electra and Ashtrom. The company will also supply and install the garbage chutes for the project, with a total value of approximately NIS 4 million. The doors are one-and-a-half leaf wide and were specially designed for the project with a modern design in matte black and an integrated pull handle. The residents of the project, which is expected to be completed in 2026 and includes three luxury residential towers, will have the option to upgrade their entrance door to a SMART model with a smart lock, allowing access via mobile app, code panel, or fingerprint.
Additionally, Rav Bariach has recently closed several more deals in high-end real estate projects, totaling over NIS 100 million, to be carried out in the coming years. These include the “Aperhaus Tel Aviv” project in Yad Eliyahu by developer Gindi Holdings, where Rav Bariach will supply approximately 750 smart lock systems (model lockapp2+) for the entrance doors of the residential units, enabling access via app, fingerprint, or code panel. In the “Park Tzafon Ramat Hasharon” project by construction company Zemach Hammerman, the company will supply about 600 luxury entrance doors of the Noa model and about 2,800 interior doors of the Top model with oven-cured paint and concealed hinges. In the “Golomb 3” project by Vertio Real Estate Investments, the company will provide designer entrance doors of the Helena model, smart entrance doors (SMART), and Top Formica interior doors. These are in addition to major deals with large developers and contractors such as: Ashtrom, Claude Nahmias, Geshem Holdings, Boney HaTichon, Danya Cebus, Tidhar, and others.
