Three years after the inauguration of the transparent Diamond Bridge, the highlight of the massive Kass Land tourism project in Georgia, the group, together with Issta Real Estate, is now launching the Diamond Resort Hotel, along with additional experiential entertainment attractions that make Kass Land the largest family attraction in Eastern Europe.
The project, built and managed by the Israeli Kass Group in partnership with the Segal family, was launched in June 2022. Since then, over two million tourists have visited the site, about 12% of them Israelis. The site offers a variety of attractions for the whole family, including the transparent Diamond Bridge, a 40-meter-high cliff swing located in the heart of the reserve, bicycle ziplining stretched between two canyon cliffs at a height of 280 meters, jeep tours, hiking trails, waterfall tours, thermal pools, a horse ranch, and a chef restaurant offering a rich and diverse menu overlooking the beautiful scenery.
“Georgia is a popular and sought-after tourist destination among tourists from all over the world, and especially among tourists from Israel. It provides a perfect solution for the Israeli tourist, even these days, when it's not always pleasant and convenient to vacation in many countries around the world. The combination of ancient areas in cities and villages with modern areas that rival any desirable European city, along with cheap prices, offers an attractive and content-rich vacation for both couples and families,” explains Tomer Mor Yosef, Deputy CEO of Kass Group.
A Karting Track Considered One of the Longest in Europe
Now, the developers are launching the luxurious Diamond Resort Hotel, offering 120 luxurious and spacious vacation rooms, many of which are spacious villas suitable for couples and families, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday in nature. In addition, guests at the new resort can enjoy a spa, a heated pool, and conference halls.
In addition to the resort, new family attractions are now being launched in the park, including a professional and extreme karting track one kilometer long, considered one of the longest and most extreme in Europe; a 600-meter-long children’s karting track; a giant slide park that includes a half-kilometer-long water slide; a rope park reaching a height of 20 meters; and designer food stalls.
The site is located in the Tsalka Canyon Nature Reserve in the Dashbashi region of Georgia, an hour and a half drive from the capital Tbilisi. It spans an area of 2,000 dunams, about 1,500 meters above sea level, and includes the Diamond Bridge, a resort village, hotel, restaurant, and a variety of unique and new attractions. The site is located in an area characterized by pristine and vast natural landscapes, a unique biodiversity of flora and fauna, dozens of waterfalls, and a massive canyon carved into volcanic rocks by the Khrami River.
Kass Land serves as a green and pristine lung. The principle that guided the developers throughout the development process of the reserve and the site was to preserve the natural treasures and integrate the attractions within them. During the development work, no trees were uprooted and no natural treasures were destroyed, but rather made accessible to visitors who feel nature at its strongest throughout their stay at the site. The principle of nature conservation guided the developers during the development of the site and the establishment of the resort and the new attractions.
