The real estate company Amram Avraham launched a large-scale campaign this week in collaboration with the Behatsdaa club, intended for reserve soldiers and their families.
As part of the campaign, a discount of up to NIS 300,000 will be given to buyers of an apartment in approximately 20 different projects of the company, spread from the north of the country to its south. The campaign began on July 17, and will continue until the end of August.
Where and how much?
Members of the Behatsdaa club will be able to enjoy a benefit when purchasing apartments in the group’s projects in Acre, Tirat Carmel, Pardes Hanna-Karkur, Hadera, Netanya, Havazelet HaSharon, Tel Aviv, Rishon LeZion, Ramla, Lod, Ashdod, and Eilat – with a variety of layouts suited to different audiences. For example:
• A 3-room apartment in the AQUA PARK Ashdod project will be sold starting at NIS 2.09 million
• A 4-room garden apartment in the AQUA PORT project in the Terminal District in Eilat will be sold starting at NIS 2.590 million
• A 3-room apartment in the YAPI Tel Aviv project will be sold starting at NIS 2.490 million.
According to Asaf Hamo, VP of Marketing and Sales of the group: “We value the contribution of reservists to the state and see it as a great privilege to be able to help them enjoy a significant benefit in purchasing an apartment. We are proud of this collaboration and hope that in this way we will be able to say thank you, not just in words but also in actions.”
The campaign is part of the continued momentum of Amram Avraham’s activity, which reported strong results for the first half of the year. Among other things: 615 apartments were sold during this period, the company’s revenue more than doubled and reached approximately NIS 376.5 million, and net profit jumped to over NIS 33 million.
In addition, according to the company’s estimate, in the coming year building permits will be received for some of the projects currently in the planning stages, including in the field of urban renewal – with a total volume of approximately 1,770 new housing units to be marketed.
