When you’re married to one of the richest people in the world, every outing becomes a fashion statement. Lauren Sánchez, 55, proved it once again over the weekend, as she was photographed leaving a luxury dinner in Paris alongside her billionaire husband Jeff Bezos and their adopted daughter. The dress? A silk Valentino gown with a neckline that’s hard to ignore. The accessories? A padded red Chanel bag with a chain strap and matching heels. The result? A look that screams Paris in every detail.
The former reporter, who married the Amazon owner in a lavish wedding in Venice last June, never stops impressing with her fashion choices. This time, she opted for a fitted silk Valentino dress that showcased her curves perfectly, completing the look with a red padded bag and elegant heels from the same house. Bezos, meanwhile, stayed true to his classic style with an all-black outfit and dark sunglasses.
The couple’s appearance in Paris comes about three months after their extravagant wedding in Venice, which was described as “the wedding of the century.” The lavish event, reportedly costing around $20 million, included nearly 200 VIP guests, including the Kardashian sisters, Oprah Winfrey, Ivanka Trump, Asher, and Orlando Bloom. Bezos proposed to Lauren two years ago on the deck of his $500 million yacht, and since then the two haven’t stopped spoiling each other.
The wedding itself was fairly intimate, with a strict no-phone policy. About 70 of the 200 guests were family members, and Sánchez showcased her stunning diamond ring designed by jeweler Lorraine Schwartz. The ring, estimated at around 30 carats, is valued between $1.5 and $3 million. In an interview with Vogue before the wedding, Sánchez said she didn’t adhere to many traditions, explaining: “I love traditions, but for a 55-year-old woman, it’s a bit different.”
The bride carried a special and rare memento from her space flight, as part of the “something blue” tradition. She described the experience as one of the most meaningful of her life, saying it completely transformed her, “visually and spiritually.”
Lauren and Bezos, who was ranked by Forbes as the third richest person in the world in May 2025, share five children together. Bezos has three sons and one daughter from his previous marriage to MacKenzie Scott, and one adopted son with Lauren, who also has three children of her own.
