The Mahsanei Hashuk chain is entering the fashion and sports sector for the first time – and is beginning to market New Balance shoes in four of its branches at a uniform price of NIS 299 per pair. This is an unusual move in the retail market, especially given the brand’s typical prices, which can reach around NIS 1,400.

In the first stage, 14 different models for men and women will be offered, in sizes 37–45. Among the models included in the campaign, you can also find sought-after models like the NB990, which are sold in other chains at much higher prices.

Mahsanei Hashuk says the step comes as part of an effort to deal with the high cost of living and expand the chain’s activity into new categories beyond food and household products. According to the chain’s management, the launch will begin at the Haorgim branch in Beersheba and will expand to other branches in the south and north.

The promotion will run until stock runs out, and it is available at the following branches: Haorgim in Beersheba, Kiryat Gat, Peretz Center in Dimona, and Nof Hagalil.
