There are bridal boutiques, and then there are spaces where you feel like you’ve stepped into an entirely different world. A place where every detail is meticulous, every stitch tells a story, and every dress is not simply hung on a hanger but is created specifically for you. Elizabeth Brown, the designer behind the couture brand MONALIZABETH, knows this difference well. After years of creating in Europe – in Milan, Paris, and New York – she returned home with a clear vision: To bring real couture to Israel, one that respects the body, the emotion, and the moment. Now, with the launch of her new studio in Herzliya alongside a new 2026 bridal collection, this vision has found an impressive new home.

The new MONALIZABETH studio spans approximately 250 m² and is divided into two complementary worlds: A bridal gown section and an evening gown section. On the upper floor is the atelier – the creative heart of the brand – alongside a private, intimate fitting space that allows each bride a personal, calm, and precise experience. This is not a place to try on dresses from a catalog; it is a place where a dress is built together with you.

The design language of the space combines neutral stone-colored walls with Renaissance-inspired cornices and rosettes interpreted in a modern way. Warm walnut flooring, chandeliers, and golden drapery complete an elegant European atmosphere reminiscent of Paris and Milan – the capitals where the designer lived and worked for years. The angel, the brand’s symbol, appears as a recurring motif throughout the experience, serving as a reminder of softness, elegance, and something timelessly feminine.

New Collection: Amore degli Angeli

Alongside the studio launch, Elizabeth Brown presents the 2026 bridal collection, named Amore degli Angeli – “Love of the Angels” in Italian. This is a couture collection inspired by the Renaissance, connecting timeless romance, soft angelic aesthetics, and couture precision. The collection draws inspiration from classical architecture and symmetrical proportions, featuring sculptural lines and elements reminiscent of arches, columns, and Renaissance ornaments. The goal is not only to create a beautiful dress but to give each bride an elegant and regal presence.

The dresses are made from high-quality European fabrics, combined with pearls and tiny crystals placed by hand. The collection offers a wide range of silhouettes – from soft, airy gowns with delicate transparencies to designs with royal, sculpted volume, ensuring the bride makes an unforgettable entrance. The corsets are crafted using traditional couture techniques, creating a flattering, stable, and feminine structure. The silhouettes embrace, illuminate, and enhance the body, so that every dress combines softness, strength, and femininity.

The word “couture” is often thrown around in fashion, but it is not always clear what it truly means. True couture is not just a beautiful or expensive dress. It is a way of working: Every piece of fabric is cut with precision, every stitch is hand-sewn, every fit is built on the body itself rather than standard measurements. It is hours of work, dedication, and love for the small details that create the complete picture.

Elizabeth Brown brought this approach from Europe, but she also adapts it for Israeli brides – considering their needs, our climate, and their desire for something that feels personal and authentic. The new studio allows her to do this under optimal conditions: With a fully equipped atelier, a skilled team, and a space that gives each bride the sense of presence and intimacy she needs at such a significant moment.

Not Just Brides: Evening Gowns Too

Beyond the bridal collection, the studio also offers a dedicated evening gown section. This is an important part of the brand’s vision – to provide women with a couture experience not only on their wedding day but also at other important events. The evening gowns are created with the same approach of precision, softness, and sculptural design, offering a solution for those seeking something special and unique.

The rental price range for evening gowns is between NIS 1,500–5,000, while bridal gowns range from NIS 4,500–14,500 for rental. It is not cheap, but it doesn’t try to be. It is an investment in the experience, in the day, and in a feeling you will remember far beyond the photographs.

The new collection continues the designer’s personal journey from Milan, through Paris and New York, back to Israel. Each stop along the way has left a mark on her style, the way she thinks about fabric, body, and emotion. The new studio is her way of translating all of this into a physical space where women can experience it for themselves.

This is not just another new boutique. It is a new chapter for the brand, a declaration of the direction Elizabeth Brown wants to take MONALIZABETH – a place where couture is not a distant idea or something that exists only in Europe, but something that can be experienced here and now, with all the emotion and precision that every bride deserves on her most important day.
