The telecommunications group Partner announced the expansion of its service portfolio with the launch of a new repair service for headphones and smartwatches, constituting a first-of-its-kind move in the Israeli market. The move comes as part of the company’s strategy to deepen its foothold in the field of end-user equipment, following its decision last month to match the prices of mobile devices to those of the KSP network for all consumers in Israel.

Under the new service, owners of AirPods 4 models and above and Samsung Galaxy Buds Core models and above will be able to join a plan at a monthly cost of NIS 19.9. The plan includes a first replacement of a faulty earbud at no additional charge, and a 50% discount in the event of a second malfunction. A similar service has also been launched for smartwatches from Apple Watch SE 3 models and Samsung Watch 8 models and above, at a monthly cost of NIS 26.9, with identical replacement terms.

Alongside the new services for wearable devices, Partner is also updating its mobile repair system for flagship devices from the iPhone 15 and Galaxy S24 series. The company is introducing a family pricing model that reduces the monthly subscription cost as the number of registered devices increases, starting from NIS 39.9 for a single device and up to NIS 24.9 per subscription in a group of four devices. These plans include a first screen break repair at no additional cost and with no deductible.

The company, which serves as an official importer, currently operates a nationwide network of 27 laboratories with technicians certified by the international manufacturers. The service array includes a commitment to fast on-site repairs, provision of a replacement device in the event of a prolonged repair, and an option for deliveries to the customer’s home. In addition, repair service subscribers will be enrolled in the Private Care Plus customer club, which provides discounts on the purchase of accessories and new devices.
