Competition among Chinese manufacturers and a stronger shekel are leading to further price reductions, this time in the higher market segment. Frisbee, Xpeng's importer, today launched the facelift for the G9, the larger crossover from the Chinese manufacturer. Although the design has not changed, the ranges have improved, the equipment has been upgraded, and the price has dropped. The base model, for example, now costs NIS 260,000, NIS 25,000 less than before.

The G9 is a five-seat vehicle larger than the G6 and other Tesla Model Y competitors (length 4.89 meters, wheelbase 2.99 meters). Although it is also more expensive than them, more than 1,500 units have been delivered in less than three years. The facelift updated all models with 20-inch wheels instead of 19-inch, and 21-inch in the Performance model.

The fast-charging rate in rear-wheel-drive models increased from 260 kW to 445 kW, and in the dual-motor models from 300 kW to 525 kW, speeds that will be difficult to fully exploit on charging networks in Israel. However, slow charging remains at 11 kW, requiring 9–10 hours to charge from empty. The option to charge external electrical devices now reaches 6 kW instead of 3.3 kW.

Rear-wheel-drive versions come with 351 hp and a 79 kWh battery. 0–100 km/h in 6.6 seconds, a top speed of 200 km/h, and a combined range of 502 km, 40 km more than before.

Dual-motor models switched to a 93.1 kWh battery instead of 98 kWh, with two electric motors producing 575 hp. 0–100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and a range of 540 km, an increase of 20 km.

The base Core trim (from NIS 260,000) comes with 14.6-inch screens for multimedia and controls, one for the passenger and a 10.25-inch screen for the driver. It includes Android Auto and CarPlay, rear AC vents, synthetic leather upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats with ventilation, a panoramic roof, electric tailgate, and a wireless charging pad.

Core+ (from NIS 285,000, NIS 30,000 less than the previous equivalent) upgrades to Nappa leather, front-seat massage and rear-seat ventilation, 18 speakers instead of 8, and also an electric tow hook.

Core Performance (from NIS 365,000) moves to dual-motor drive with increased power and adds adaptive suspension.

Black Edition (from NIS 373,000) blackens the exterior design including the wheels and adds orange calipers.
