Laura Elizabeth Loomer, a Jewish far-right American activist, filed a lawsuit against the Council on American Islamic Relations Foundation, CAIR Florida and Twitter for being banned from the social media platform and several other platforms.

Loomer was banned from Twitter, PayPal, Venmo, Uber, Lyft and GoFundMe.
Twitter banned Loomer for violating its Terms of Service, which Loomer states are “not only vague but are applied with so selectively and in such bad faith that they are meaningless except for the purpose of providing Twitter with the pretext for wrongful, bad faith conduct.”
Loomer also claims in her lawsuit that similar complaints were raised from people banned from the network “without adverse action by Twitter.”
