Following several recent anti-Semitic scandals, yet another British Labour politician has been revealed to have compared Israel to the Nazis in a past social media post.
The star of Labour’s latest Party Political Broadcast online, said there are “similarities between Israel and Nazis.” Jawad Khan was the poster boy for Labour’s newest online broadcast and is pictured with Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn on his Facebook page.
Khan, who was also a Labour Party candidate in the local elections in May, tweeted during the Israel-Gaza conflict:
“Anyone else see the similarities between Israel and Nazis?” the site Guido-Fawkes revealed.
Khan's tweet was revealed after Corbyn himself last week, while speaking at an event presenting Labour's inquiry into anti-Semitism within its ranks, said, "Our Jewish friends are no more responsible for the actions of Israel than our Muslim friends are for the self-styled Islamic State."
Corbyn's comment generated harsh criticism and was perceived to have compared Israel to the brutal Islamic State terrorist organization.
The rash of  incidents which sparked the launch of an inquiry into Labour's anti-Semitism problem, included the suspension of MP Naz Shah, who posted on Facebook that Israel should be relocated to America, and former London mayor Ken Livingstone, who suggested multiple times that Adolf Hitler was a Zionist.
