10,000 remain buried in rubble near epicenter of China quake

China state media says that 10,000 people "remain buried" in rubble in Mianzhu near the epicenter of the massive earthquake that struck the country.
The official Xinhua News Agency said Tuesday that local officials in the city said the people "remain buried" after Monday's 7.9-magnitude quake center in Sichuan province. They gave no other details.
Mianzhu is 100 kilometers from the quake's epicenter of Wenchuan.
