Ahmadinejad in Indonesia to discuss nuclear issue

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in Indonesia Tuesday night to discuss the international dispute over Tehran's nuclear ambitions in the world's most populous Muslim nation. Ahmadinejad, battling a US-led effort to bring United Nations' sanctions down on Iran if it refuses to compromise on the nuclear standoff, arrived for a three-day state visit followed by a development conference on the resort island of Bali. He had no immediate comment upon his arrival at Jakarta's Halim airport but waved to reporters.
