On Friday, a Saudi Air Force lieutenant being trained at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Florida, shot and killed three people and wounded eight on the base in a suspected terrorist attack. The Saudi officer was fatally shot by a deputy sheriff.
The Corpus Christi base said on Wednesday there was no indication the incident there was related to the Florida shooting.
