A shooting in Salt Lake City, Utah, at a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints venue left two people dead and several wounded on Wednesday, according to the Salt Lake City Police Department.
There were at least eight victims, two of whom died as a result of their injuries, and at least three of whom are in critical condition. No suspects have been apprehended, but the department wrote that their officers "have obtained solid leads and are working to locate those involved."
The FBI in Salt Lake City stated that they are aware of the incident in a social media post.
