Two pilots suffered minor injuries after ejecting from a British military training aircraft that crashed in Wales on Wednesday.
The two pilots were involved in an incident near Anglesey and are being treated for what are thought to be minor injuries, North Wales Police said, adding that there were currently no reports of any wider damage or injuries.
A Royal Air Force spokesperson said in a statement: "An incident involving an RAF T2 Hawk aircraft, flying out of RAF Valley, occurred near Anglesey. An investigation is underway, and we will not comment further at this time."

An RAF spokesperson said an investigation had been launched and that the force would not comment further at this stage.

Video footage obtained by Sky News showed the aircraft appearing to wobble before the two pilots ejected from the jet. The aircraft then plummeted toward the ground and appeared to crash in an open area. No injuries or damage beyond the aircraft have been reported.
The footage showed the pilots parachuting safely after ejecting from the aircraft.
Defense Secretary Wes Streeting said on X that his “thoughts are first and foremost with the pilots,” adding that further updates would be provided in due course.
Wales First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth said he was “very pleased and relieved” that the pilots had not been seriously injured and wished the crew a “swift recovery.”
Helen Jenner, leader of Reform UK in Wales and Member of the Senedd for Bangor Conwy Mon, said she was “deeply concerned” by the crash, adding that her thoughts were with the crew, their families, and personnel at the base.
Police asked members of the public to avoid the area while the incident is investigated.
