Authorities says a gas canister explosion has caused a three-story student dormitory to collapse in central Turkey. At least five students were killed.
Local emergency services say 14 students staying at the dormitory were brought out of the debris with injuries early Friday.
There were an estimated 40-45 students staying at the dormitory in central Konya province, local mayor Mehmet Demirgul said.
