East Timor shaken by preliminary 6.3-magnitude earthquake

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.3 rattled East Timor Wednesday, the US Geological Survey said. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The tremor struck about 262 kilometers northeast of the capital, Dili, the agency said. It had a depth of 164 kilometers.
