Germany charges 4th man in terrorist plot

Prosecutors say they have charged a fourth man in connection with a foiled plot to bomb US targets in Germany. Attila Selek was arrested in Turkey on a German warrant a year ago on charges of membership in a terrorist organization and preparing to carry out bomb attacks. The 23-year-old was extradited to Germany last month. Three others are already charged with allegedly plotting to attack American targets in Germany for the al-Qaida linked group, the Islamic Jihad Union. Selek is accused of being in charge of procuring parts for making bombs to use in the attack. Selek's attorney has denied the accusations.
