Holocaust denier Irving to be released from prison

The Viena High Court decided Wednesday to release British Holocaust denier David Irving from prison after he served only 11 months of his three year sentence.
Irving, 67, jailed in February 2006, appealed his sentence to the court which subsequently accepted his appeal and converted the rest of his time to probation.
