Syria's Deputy Foreign Minister was in Moscow on Tuesday, and reportedly discussed the events surrounding the Shalit kidnapping with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
According to Israel Radio, the two reportedly focused on secret negotiations between Israel and Hamas.
