A third Israeli woman passed away from her injuries today after the boating accident in Chile on Sunday. She was brought to the hospital in severe condition and after attempts to save her life, the doctors were forced to announce her passing.Her name has not been released as of yet. Local doctors have notified her family.Dina Porat from Moshav Rishpon and Galila Biton from Nesher passed away on Monday due to injuries sustained during the accident. 16 others were injured.The tragedy took place on Sunday in the Serrano River, where the Torres del Paine, voted 8th Wonder in the World joins the Bernardo O'Higgins National Park, about three hours from Puerto Natales.Relatives of the injured and killed arrived in Chile yesterday and met with the Israeli consul there.Israel's regional consul Leon Suissa arrived at the hospital and visited those injured. The Israeli ambassador to Chile, Eldad Hayet, was in contact with Foreign Minister Israel Katz to keep him updated on the situation."We hope for a quick recovery," Suissa told Israeli army radio. Katz said arrangements would be made for emergency evacuation home to Israel if necessary.
