British Prime Minister Tony Blair announced on Tuesday that his country would be donating 77 million pounds in aid to Palestinian refugees over the next four years.
In November Blair said that he would be willing to negotiate with a Hamas-led government if it met international demands to renounce violence and recognize Israel.
