Secretary General of the United Nations Kofi Annan said on Tuesday night that there has been "significant progress" in Israel's withdrawal from south Lebanon.
Annan stated in a report issued to the UN that it was visibly apparent that "IDF forces have made significant progress in their south Lebanese withdrawal over the past month."
