The United States House of Representative on Tuesday was set to discuss a bill outlining stringent restrictions on the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority government so long as it refused to recognize Israel's right to exist and continued to endorse violence.
The restrictions included a ban on Americans to meet Hamas representatives or to transfer money to the organization.
