Deputy head of IAEA to lead expert team to Iran next week

The UN nuclear agency says a top official will lead a team to Iran next week. The Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency says Olli Heinonen - a deputy to agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei - will hold meetings with the Iranians on persistent allegations that the Islamic republic is running a covert weapons program. IAEA spokeswoman Melissa Fleming said Friday that the team led by Heinonen will travel to Teheran early next week.
