Iran's Revolutionary Guards are advancing the country's nuclear program despite UN sanctions, Army Radio quoted an Iranian exile as saying on Wednesday night.
The man, who opposed the Iranian regime and was exiled to the US, claimed that with the aid of bribes and other means, Revolutionary Guards members were regularly violating the UN's decisions.
