Yisrael Beiteinu leader Avigdor Liberman voted in the West Bank settlement Nokdim with his wife just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning.According to polls, Liberman's party in on the threshold and at this stage it is unclear whether or not Yisrael Beiteinu will make it into the 21st Knesset.Liberman stepped down as Israel's Defense Minister in November 2018.
