Some 50 Israeli citizens illegally entered Nablus without coordination with the IDF overnight, the military stated Friday morning.
The citizens were handed over to Israeli security forces by the Palestinian authorities, and have been transferred to Israel Police.
The IDF is currently investigating additional claims that the Israeli citizens threw stones at homes in the city.
No injuries have been reported.
Israelis illegally entering Nablus to visit Joseph's Tomb
In June, Palestinians and Israelis threw stones at each other after the Israelis entered Nablus without IDF coordination to visit Joseph's Tomb.
Several Israelis were reportedly injured during the event.
Entry of Israeli civilians into Area A is "dangerous and prohibited by law," the IDF emphasized.
This is a developing story.
