Firefighters were dispatched to a fire at a five-story building in Umm al-Fahm, where people are reportedly still trapped.
Initial reports stated that 30 people were trapped in the building. So far, two people have been rescued.
Fire and rescue services reported that the fire is on the first floor, but that the smoke was affecting the entire building.
