Footage from Australian television network Seven showed the collapsed wall of a large building that the channel said was located near a construction site.

"When we arrived at the scene, we noticed the jeep upside down in a ditch," an MDA paramedic said, with a 17-year-old victim unconscious and trapped in the vehicle.
