An Israeli man was left with life-threatening injuries on Saturday after he was stabbed multiple times in a brawl with another Israeli man at the Ozora Festival in Hungary, according to international media reports.

The 26-year-old is in stable condition, according to festival organizers, and a 28-year-old Israeli national was placed under arrest following the brawl. A case was opened against the latter by the Fejér County Police Headquarters for the alleged stabbing.

The 26-year-old is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in the city of Pécs.

The current motive behind the stabbing is not yet known.
