Israeli security forces prevent terror attack, arrest two in Ramallah

In an August operation in the al-Am’ari refugee camp, also in the Ramallah area, Lahav 433, operating with the IDF Binyamin Regional Brigade on intelligence provided by the Shin Bet, arrested two terrorists planning an armed terror attack and the establishment of a new, local terror cell.

Both suspects were released from "security imprisonment" and were believed to be carrying multiple firearms.

Following their arrest, the two were transferred to the Shin Bet for further investigation.
