Ashkelon woman injured after Islamic Jihad rocket strikes house

The woman, in her mid-sixties, was reported to have been cut by shards of glass.

A woman has been injured after an Islamic Jihad rocket struck a house in Ashkelon, channel 12 reported.

The woman, who is in her mid-sixties, was reported to have been cut from shards of glass. She was evacuated to Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon. 

Over 250 rockets have been fired on Israel from the Gaza Strip since Tuesday morning.
