Senior ambassadors and diplomatic representatives stationed in Israel expressed their solidarity with the Jewish state following Sunday’s truck ramming terrorist attack in Jerusalem during a series of events held in Jerusalem and across Tel Aviv.
Hosted by The Israel Project (TIP), under the slogan “United Against Terror,” the diplomats came together to send a message of solidarity that all countries face similar threats of terrorism.The diplomats, among them the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and the European Union Ambassador to Israel, laid wreaths and wrote their condolences on a special truck, draped with photos of scenes from similar attacks in Nice, Berlin and Jerusalem. The truck made its way between embassies in Tel Aviv where TIP’s team was met by senior diplomats from the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, France, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and India, each of whom paid their respects to victims of terror from their own countries and from Israel.United Against Terror TIP LIVESTREAM: Join us as we stand together united against terror.
