Chabad activists, lead by Rabbi Dudi Kfalin, celebrated the festival of lights by holding a huge Hanukkah menorah and using water-jets to circle the deep blue sea of the Mexican island Cozumel.Usually the local Chabad house provides spiritual services to Jewish passengers aboard luxury cruise ships, which falls in well with celebrating the miracle of the holiday.
