13 Jerusalem Arab teens are under arrest for allegedly trading and selling weapons to Palestinians in the West Bank, police said Monday. The suspects, residents of the Shuafat refugee camp in east Jerusalem, were apprehended over the last two weeks. A court-imposed gag order which was in place on the case was lifted on Monday. The suspects, who have confessed to the allegations against them, were not involved in any terror-linked activity, police said. During a search of their home, police found four pistols, stun and gas grenades, bullets, various weapons parts, an Israeli army uniform, and a missile container. Most of the suspects in the case will be indicted in the coming days, police said.
