A 13-year-old from Hadera was arrested Tuesday on suspicion that he sexually assaulted a two-and-a-half-old sister and a four-year-old brother.
The parents alleged that on the eve of Independence Day the teenager invited the young children to his house to watch cartoons on television, after which he attacked the children and forced them to perform indecent acts and oral sex.
When the children returned home that same evening, they told their parents about the incident and a police investigator was subsequently sent to probe the event, Army Radio reported.
