A 16-year-old girl was seriously injured on Monday evening in a car accident on Route 443 near Na'ot Kedumim.
A Magen David Adom ambulance evacuated the girl to the Sheba Hospital at Tel Hashomer.
Police were investigating the circumstances of the incident.
