The Haifa District Court sentenced an 18-year-old on Wednesday to eight years in prison and fined him 20 thousand shekels after convicting him of severely beating up a homeless man who was later killed by a friend of the teen.
The two told the court that the reason for their actions was that the vagrant and his companions were causing disturbances in the neighborhood on a daily basis.
