A 39-year-old man was indicted on Tuesday for repeatedly raping, assaulting and threatening his partner.
The Bat Yam resident, allegedly raped his partner, despite the fact that she was forbidden to have intercourse due to an operation she had undergone.
In addition, he threatened to kill her and her daughters, and attacked her in her home.
The suspect was set to appear before the Tel Aviv District Court.
