46-year-old arrested for raping partner's daughter

A 46-year-old from the Haifa area suspected of raping his partner's 12-year-old daughter was arrested on Wednesday. The man claimed the relations were consensual.
Police revealed that the man had an extensive criminal record, including sexual offenses. He was reportedly arrested 20 years ago for a similar crime.
A request for extending his remand was expected to be submitted today, Army Radio reported.
