IDF troops arrested 5 Palestinian infiltrators near the Gaza Strip security fence Saturday, Army Radio reported.
An IDF source was quoted as saying that intensification of operations inside the strip caused a relative diminishment in patrols along the fence, which made infiltrating into Israeli territory easier than in the past.
Also Saturday, soldiers captured a Palestinian youth carrying three explosive devices. The devices were detonated without incident.
