Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has called on Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to revive peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians, Israel Radio reported Thursday evening.
Abbas relayed the message through US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice after the two met Thursay afternoon in Jericho. Rice met later in the day with Olmert, and was meeting Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni later in the evening.
