Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Finance Minister Avraham Hirchson decided on Tuesday that an additional budget would be given to those local authorities that have been hurt in the current conflict on the northern front.
Each local council chairman will have a special budget to deal with special needs stemming from the emergency situation. The amount for each authority will be determined by Wednesday.
