Amir's attorney appeals court decision to approve cell-phone confiscation

Yigal Amir, who assasinated former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin's in 1995, filed a request via his attorney Adi Keidar to petition the Supreme Court against an administrative court's decision to approve the confiscation of the killer's cell phone. In late October, the Israel Prisons Service's seized Amir's cell phone as punishment for giving an unauthorized interview to Channels 2 and 10, which was never aired due to the controversy.
